Extremely rude staff, who in no way want to go out of their way to help you, make you feel like a nuisance when asking questions on a property, and take days to get back with approval or no approval for properties. Applied for a house through a different agency that was willing to answer questions and was approved within half an hour, will not try to rent through them ever again.
