Gail Rowan, the property you are referring to was mine, Helen was acting on my behalf, so she didn't refuse any offers I did, because the property was so cheap we had so many offers and near contracts, it was getting really old, and a huge waste of my time, I thought it was a bit odd that someone (you) would make an offer without viewing the property first, I instructed Helen to make sure you weren't another time waster, hence the questions about whether or not you had the finances to go ahead with the purchase . A week or two later we had someone view the property, they put in an offer that day and signed the contract the next morning. Helen put in a lot of extra effort to sell my property so I thank her for that : ).
I Found Helen to be extremely difficult and rude ! I was interested in buying a home from her put in a great offer she kept refusing offers, finally excepted my last offer . Then phoned me spoke rude called the offer off ( I feel sorry for the owners of this property trying to sell with this rude woman ) Her words exactly- I dont want to waste my fuel showing you and your not interested!!!!Excuse me when did a real estate agent predict what you want to spend , how much money you have, or want to spend on a property I have had many dealing with agents but never in my lifetime came across someone so abrupt & rude !! NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH HELEN HARM OR HER REAL ESTATE.
