Put my car in at Nissan Warwick to get new Glow Plugs 1. I was originally quoted $115 for a SET of glow plugs by the parts department and $330 Labour to fit them got the bill the Glow plugs were $345 the labour $84 2. Gets car home looked under bonnet cause the guy mentioned if battery was ok but it not that old and the engine cover wasnt put on right and clips are broken and the engine cover has not ever been removed since bought brand new in 2013 i rang to complain and request them to correct this with no reply as yet very dodgey mechanics there !!!!!
The service manager (?) Heath is fantastic, a great asset. Ive been having a very long and drawn out battle with another Nissan dealer within NSW, but on a recent trip, I experienced more faults with my vehicle. I popped into the dealership and Heath was attentive, professional and quick to deal with my issues. He kept me updated and was able to answer any question I had. If only other dealerships could follow Heaths lead and show exemplary customer service like he does.
