Service dept don't call to say the car is ready. Don't call if there is an issue. They wait for you to call or show up to pick up the car. Tell you an hour and you're still waiting 2 1/2 hours later with no call or apologise for delay.
They always do a good job when servicing my vehicles. However i feel they spend as much time looking for faults.
