Is no designated waiting area or many seats in general, good ride, friendly helpful staff, and I left my keys somewhere on the bus and when i rang to check they said they had them (:Supposedly clean bus and seats, I believe it was air-conditioned to some extent, curtains for each window seat, fast, smooth good value ride. Ps, no snack machines or food vendors, this is a good addition for any travelling service.
I have travelled with Crisps often. Comfortable buses ( no toilets ) . reliable. Efficient. Pleasant drivers.
Coach was an older style vehicle on the scheduled Warwick to Toowoomba run. It wasn't particularly comfortable but I got to where I was going. Overall, bus travel is expensive but the staff were helpful and the driver was efficient and kept to the timetable.
