Cant fault it
This station is very dark. (Please put some light) I would recommend that you shouldnt talk your children there because my child got scared in the station of the dark. Also the waiting time is very long and there are a lot of stairs there to which made my legs very tired walking them (please put a lift). The seating space is usually very full and I had to stand ( more seating) however there was good customer service that helped me a lot and told me everything I needed to know.
Good Station, undercover areas
Never any parking available what so ever at this station, if u use this station best to get a drop off or bus it in, other wise I had to drive to Joondalup and take the train from there
Generally great service, if sometimes overly crowded however I just wish the 443 bus would wait a few more seconds for passengers to get up to the bus concourse. More often than not i see the 443 pulling out of the station as i get to the top of the stairs. The driver must know a train has just pulled in. His line of sight while waiting for passengers at the last bus stop upstairs can clearly see the northbound train pulling in.
