On a recent trip to Inverell Optus to ask for help with Wi-Fi I WAS DISAPPOINTED to be treated with rudeness and disrespect by a young woman that served me. I am a 73yo woman and have never been spoken to in this manner before,l was further distressed to learn this woman is the new manager.The staff in this STORE have always been courteous and helpful.I felt so distressed I am sure you will lose many customers if the manager continues to remain in this country STORE.
