Horrible beds, should be dumped! Not the friendliest place I've stayed. Good location to town, but really needs a Refurb and a good clean!

We always stay here when we're in Warwick. Comfortable bed with all the amenities, all at a very reasonable price. Carol always greets us warmly.
Staying in the family suite. 3 separate bedrooms, important for us because of my snoring. Well fitted out, decent lounge, full size dining table complete kitchen with large fridge, and spar bath. Downside, only main room air conditioned and only free to air TV.
