We visited Beta home Warwick a few months ago to purchase an air conditioner and walked out with other items. Because the service & price was so great today we needed a new washing machine so we didnt hesitate to return. Waited over 4 weeks for a dishwasher after paying for it. No call from them at all letting us know what is happening we had to chase them to get any info. Not how things should be. We try to shop local but we would have been better off with another company
First time Beta customer. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. They were proactive in finding a solution to a mistake made in an advertisement which was refreshing. Delivery was good. Has a real feeling of being a local business. Would recommend checking it out if in the market.
